Patrick Eakes is recognized for his focus on district growth, innovation, and community engagement. He brings operational leadership and strategic insight to expanding Peace Game and Peace Zone initiatives across Rotary networks and strengthening Rotary’s capacity for scalable community impact.
John Hewko has helped position Rotary as a leading force for global humanitarian service and peacebuilding. He brings strategic insight on civic resilience, international cooperation, and the evolving role of civil society, helping connect the Peace Moonshot vision with larger global and institutional trends.
Wyn Spiller is a Rotary International Director (2025–2027) representing Zones 26 and 27. She is a longtime Rotary leader with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and The Rotary Foundation. Wyn has a longstanding commitment to peacebuilding and the Rotary Peace Centers and brings deep experience helping Rotary clubs and districts envision and build stronger futures. Through her leadership across 30 districts in Rotary’s Big West and her passion for creating thriving clubs and communities, Wyn helps strengthen the Peace Moonshot’s capacity to engage Rotary leaders and expand its impact across communities and regions.
Tom Gump is one of Rotary’s most innovative and influential leaders. A past District Governor, International Assembly Training Leader, and recipient of Rotary’s Service Above Self Award, Tom is widely recognized for his leadership in membership growth, organizational innovation, and community engagement. A strong advocate for peacebuilding, he has been actively engaged with Rotary’s Peace Centers and has helped establish a peace-focused foundation. Through his extensive relationships with Rotary’s senior leadership and his experience scaling high-impact initiatives, Tom helps expand the Peace Moonshot’s reach within Rotary and strengthen its potential for community impact around the world.
Rotary International Director (2026–2028), Zones 33/34
Marshall Butler serves as a Rotary International Director representing Zones 33/34 for the 2026–2028 term. A past president of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville and District Governor for Rotary District 6970, he has provided leadership at the club, district, zone, and international levels of Rotary.
A recognized leader in strategic communications, marketing, and organizational development, Marshall has helped clubs and districts strengthen their public image through innovative training programs and practical implementation strategies. Professionally, he brings more than three decades of experience in marketing and technology and currently serves as Marketing Director for Pragmatic Works, a global leader in Microsoft training and consulting.
Marshall brings to the Peace Moonshot Advisory Board deep expertise in leadership, strategic communications, and mobilizing global networks for collective impact.
Brian Hall is a Rotary International Director representing Zones 30 and 31 and serves on the Peace Moonshot Rotarian Advisory Board. A past District Governor, International Assembly Learning Facilitator, and recipient of Rotary’s Service Above Self Award, Brian is recognized for his leadership in organizational development, technology innovation, and sustainable humanitarian service. Through his extensive Rotary leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to building collaborative partnerships, Brian helps guide the growth of the Peace Moonshot within Rotary and strengthen its capacity to engage communities around the world in creating a global culture of peace.
