Peace Game for Rotarians

Tuesdays: 7:30 – 9pm (New York Time)

A special version of the Peace Game has been created to strengthen the peace building leadership and community impact of Rotarians and Rotary Clubs. It weaves the Four-Way Test into seven peace practices that enable practical, structured, and service-driven action.

To provide insight into the Peace Game, here are quotes from several of the over 250 Rotarians around the world who have played it:

“As a Rotarian peace activist, I learned through playing the Peace Game that I could do far more to build world peace than I had been doing. Playing the Peace Game is one of the most important activities we can do to create peace in our lives and communities.” — Al Jubitz, Co-founder Rotary Action Group for Peace and President of the Jubitz Family Foundation

“The Peace Game was a game-changer for me. Its synergistic set of actions created meaningful, long-lasting peace in my life and helped me ripple out these effects to others. It has impacted my relationships, my professional activities, and my daily practices. I believe Rotary has an amazing opportunity to promote peace in the world using the Peace Game.” Tami Briggs, Rotary E-Club of World Peace

“For me, of all the programs Rotarians are involved in, the Peace Game is the most powerful, accessible, and effective activity that we can participate in. One of the strongest changes for me was accountability for my individual role in creating peace in the world through my personal day-to-day activities. This is a tool that must be added to our toolbox for peace.” — Jim Halderman, Chair, Peace Committee D5450
